Rasayana Ghana tablet which contains three herbs, viz. Tinospora cordifolia (stem), Emblica officinalis(fruit), and Tribulus terrestris (fruit and root), present in equal quantities in the tablet showed antidepressant and anxiolytic activity in Swiss Albino mice due to harmine, a β-carboline alkaloid.
